Oscar Award:
Pros: The ultimate validation of your career, skills, talent, etc. It’s everything everyone in your field of work dreams about. If you’re not an actress, just substitute that with the equivalent of your industry and magnify accordingly (I mean, teacher of the year really can’t compare).
Cons: Since there really isn’t a negative to being recognized as one of the best in your field, we’ll say the cons of an unhappy marriage. Your dreams/public image of a happy, perfect family is destroyed. What’s worse, with the Oscar buzz still surrounding you, it’s going to be very, very public.

Happy Marriage:
Pros: You’re happy, and you’re married. You have someone to share everything with, someone to love, and someone to love you.
Cons: You’ll always wonder what could have been and what it would’ve been like if you ever got to the top.
